This is how content creators and influencers are making money in this economy. Part 5.
App Monetization Programs
Not too long ago, right before summer of 2025 I woke up to an email from Meta inviting me to join their creators’ program on Facebook.
I was like …
“posting on facebook in 2025-2026? helll nah!”
Let me tell you why I changed my mind.
I honestly didn’t know you can make money with content on Facebook, and this is not 0.01 cents for 1000 views. I’m talking about $500+/month from Facebook alone.
When I realized I was leaving money on the table I had to join their program.
So for today’s post we are going to focus on how you can start making money with your content on different platforms.
App Monetization Programs
When an app invites you to join their group of creators to create content or follow certain tasks and get paid for it.
Most apps don’t even care about views once you start the program, their main focus is to make you understand how the app truly works and how you can increase your reach and help the app grow.
PRO’s of App Monetization Programs
Once you join these programs you are pretty much privileged with tools. You have access to private agents that can answer your questions and you will get notified for very exclusive opportunities.
I once worked with an App that offered me over $10k in shares and a flat rate just to post on their app regardless of my views on the app.
Every app is different, you just need to know which one works best for you.
This is why I made a small list of the best apps for you to join their creator’s program:
1. Facebook Creator Program
This has got to be my favorite just because it does not matter how many likes, views or reach you get in your first 3 months, they will just pay right away $500/month.
You can earn more on top of that $500 if your videos get engagement.

2. TikTok Creator Program
TikTok is such a huge platform with so many levels to it.
On TikTok I have about 7000 followers and I was invited to join some of their programs. I believe once you get to 1000 followers you will start getting invited to different programs. My advice is just to try all of them and see which ones work best for you.
Here are a some of TikTok’s programs I joined:
TIKTOK GO
You get paid by sharing your favorite hotels, restaurants and adventures. Perfect for travel and lifestyle content creators.
TIKTOK SHOP
You can get paid every time someone’s buy a product from a video you created on TikTok using a product or by sharing the affiliate link of that product.
WORK WITH ARTISTS
You get paid by using a specific song and follow the singers instructions to create the video. Normally, the winners are decided by the posts with most likes or views.
Last week I decided to give it a try. The requirements were really simple and all I had to create was a 8 second video related to parties/dancing. The video that got the most likes would receive over $600.
I came in 3rd place getting paid over $200 for this 8 second video.
You can watch the video here → Party Video
TIKTOK LIVE
You get paid by going live for a specific amount of time.
This one if perfect for gamers and creators that love going live.
TIKTOK COLLABORATIONS
When brands start messaging you to promote their products. This can be through TikTok shop or through UGC-Social collabs. This one is most profitable once you have over 10k followers on TikTok.
TIKTOK ACTIVITIES
You get paid by following TikTok’s activity of the week. This can be through using a specific hashtag. They normally come with those activities during holidays and special occasions like Valentines’ day.
CONS of App Monetization Programs
Most apps require creators to have at least 1k followers to join their monetization program .
On top of that you need to get a certain amount of likes and views to get paid. This can be hard for some people.
This is why I prefer Facebook’s creators’ program. That’s truly the only one that once you are in you start making $$ by following their simple requirements that do not involve views, purchases or likes.
